CANCELLATION AND CLIENT POLICIES

Everyone has to the right to cancel an appointment. In Remain Health also. This is 24 hours before the appointment.
We ask you to comply with this. We are aware that our lives are unpredictable and perverse, and various rondom events are waiting for us. We are aware of this. However, if you know in advance that our appointment will not take place, please let us know. Someone else will be able to use your slot.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

There is probably no greater gift for improving our health and well- being, such as a gift in the form of a single massage or a series of massages, in the form of packages, with an appropriate discount.

Gift cards are not refundable.

Single massages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase, packages from 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase.

Packages can be shared with another client, with someone from family or with a friend. Remember, packages can’t be combined with other offers or discount. Standard appointment and cancellation policies apply.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash. We do not accept vouchers purchased at other locations. It is possible to pay by Tikkie or make a bank transfer.

ARE YOU FIRST TIME?

If you are a new customer, please come to the appointment a few minutes earlier to complete the form regarding your health. This time will also be needed for a short interview, which will help us in therapy. Being a few minutes late will not shorten the duration of the massage, especially when the next customer is not arranged immediately after your appointment.
A delay of a dozen or so or several dozen minutes, may result a request to reschedule the appointment to another convenient date. Let’s respect each other. Thank you.

The price list varies, depending on the place where the service is provided. I apologize if this may become problematic for anyone. I count on your understanding.

Please keep this in mind when making an appointment. All types of comments or actions on a sexual basis will properly result in an immediate termination of the massage and a ban on appearing in practice.
